Private Sessions marked as AVAILABLE can be Pilates, Barre, Fascial Movement or a combination of these mindful movement methods to help you reach your goals.

Face to Face Private Session Pricing

Solo – £60 with access to my On Demand video library inc for Solo Sessions.

Duet – £60 (£30 each).

Trio – £60 (£20 each).

If you don’t see a class that suits your needs why not set up a 1-2-1 with me or gather a small group of friends and we can set you up with your own private group sessions. Just email hello@greenroomhealth.co.uk or call 07534099624.
