Barre – 6 week Course 1.30pm Tuesday 5th November
This workout brings the principles of Pilates into a standing Barre class. Enhancing what you thought you knew about achieving a Ballerina body. Strong and supple is the way forward!
Sculpt lean and toned muscles with this energising and dynamic group exercise class designed to challenge and change your body – no dance experience or tutus required!

Barre is an effective workout known for increasing strength, flexibility and endurance – without risking injury or building bulk. Say hello to your glutes and thighs. Get to know that tremble and feel more powerful for your efforts.
GENTLE Pilates – 6 week course – 9.30am Tuesday 5th November
This course is for those who need more time to manage the transitions between exercises; to truly learn the essence of Pilates at a slower pace.
You will gain strength, mobility and most importantly understanding of what works for your body at this stage in your life.
Ideally suited to those who are returning to exercise after injury or illness, currently managing their illness or are blessed with years and the wisdom that comes with life experience.

For the duration of the course you will have access to:
* A weekly face to face class with three other movers on the same day/time each week.
* An online library of 195 videos with stretches and workouts to keep you moving between classes.
* Access to me and my guidance in a private Whats App group. Accountability and an instant group of cheerleaders to keep you moving between face to face sessions!

Want to learn more about who will be teaching your course?
Hello, I’m Emmeline Kemp: A black coffee loving mum of two adorable little girls now 9 and 6 years old. I am well versed in sleep deprivation and the value of taking even just a small amount of time for yourself; it’s for the greater good!
Previous to training as a Pilates, Fascial Movement and Total Barre instructor I used to perform as a professional Contemporary dancer in the South East. Lots of lovely projects with amazing creatives.
I learned Pilates to cure a whiplash injury over 10 years ago and haven’t looked back since. I got great results after birthing both my babies by doing Pilates and Total Barre workouts for myself as I learned and practised the choreography.
It’s so gratifying knowing that you can have fun whilst doing something that gets you back into your favourite pre-baby clothing.
Whether you want to join me for variety, overall body toning or to stay fit and healthy at any age I am right here with you.
Bringing the latest body knowledge and enthusiasm to keep you going strong.
Want to join but worried you cannot attend ALL face to face sessions?
Fear not my friend… As we know; life happens! As much as we value our routine, there may be occasions when you have to miss a class. Happily we have a Class Swaps Sheet that I keep updated so you can alert me to any upcoming absence, then go and see if there is a space you can jump into instead.
This has worked really well for my mindful movers since the TTT courses began back in February 2023.
Do remember there are hundreds of videos for you in the video library; pop into the WhatsApp group and ask for suggestions or just click away and get moving with me at home or work. Let’s get you ever closer to your goals!
